Under their community highlights initiative, EcoFriendly Sask has kindly featured the work that the Friends of the Saskatoon Afforestation Areas Inc. strive for and accomplish for the 326 acre Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area and the 148 acre George Genereux Urban Regional Park.
The work which EcoFriendly Sask accomplishes is truly amazing and wonderful. There are so many community groups who are interconnected because of the love which EcoFriendly Sask extends to the environment and to environmental endeavours.
Saskatoon is therefore doubly blessed to have so many green groups in Saskatoon all with their own niche and mission for the environment, and then to have the networking, and capacity of EcoFriendly Sask to bring all the green group endeavours together on their calendar and link resources web page and via the support proferred by EcoFriendly Sask.
Also have you checked out the new app called Nature Companion created by EcoFriendly Sask? It is a fantastic way to become aware of our environment around us in Saskatchewan and celebrate our amazing diversity.
Can you believe that Saskatoon has received the amazing generosity and kindness from EcoFriendly Sask for ten years now? If you have not done so yet, please email Andrew McKinlay & Penny McKinlay and say thank you!
