From the west side of Saskatoon travel south on Circle Drive and take the exit towards the landfill/Valley Road.
From the east side of Saskatoon travel south on Circle Drive across the Gordie Howe Bridge and take the exit towards the landfill/Valley Road.
Travel west on Valley Road past the landfill on the left [south] side of the road, and past the Civic Operations Centre [bus barns and snow dump] on the right [north] side of the road.
Watch for signs as you are going by the Civic Operations Centre for Township Road 362-A [also called Cedar Villa Road]. Take a right turn onto Township Road 362-A then a quick left to continue driving west. When you see the blue and yellow sign for the South West Off Leash Recreation Area, there is a parking lot.
The Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area is 326 acres in size. George Genereux Urban Regional Park is 147.9 acres. The afforestation areas are home to federally listed and provincially listed species. Please do not drive motorized vehicle in these urban regional parks and destroy the critical habitats of these species. Learn where the homes of these species at risk are located. Thank you.
