Are you passionate about the environment and Indigenous culture? Are you interested in developing an app that celebrates and educates users about the cultural and environmental heritage of the prairie forest? We’re looking for a Cultural and Environmental Heritage Prairie Forest Guide app editor to help us create an interpretive GPS app that fosters reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people and gives them an opportunity to learn about the land and its history.
As an app editor, you will be responsible for developing the app’s content, which will be based on both Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives. You will work with a team of experts to research and create engaging content for the app that provides a comprehensive overview of the prairie forest, its history, and the cultural and environmental impact it has had on the region. Your goal will be to ensure that the app captures the full range of perspectives on the land and its history, while providing an educational and meaningful experience for the user.
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and Indigenous culture, and who has experience in app development. You should have a strong understanding of the history and culture of the prairie forest and be able to communicate that knowledge effectively in the app. You should also be comfortable working with Indigenous stakeholders, such as elders and knowledge keepers, to create content that accurately represents the perspectives of Indigenous peoples.
If you have the skills and knowledge to help us create a unique and informative app that celebrates the cultural and environmental heritage of the prairie forest, we would love to hear from you. Please apply by sending us FRIENDSAFFORESTATION@GMAIL.COM your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications.
We look forward to hearing from you!
